Cbus Property lead by their Head of Strategic Innovation engaged Polychrome to assist with the design & documentation of a prototype fitout on Level 4 at 720 Bourke St.

The intent of this fitout was to demonstrate the potential of repositioning the floors previously occupied by Medibank to prospective tenants using the fitout as a display tool.  A visionary ‘Return Brief’ was developed with a key element being the re purposing of work points, tables and meeting rooms to showcase a committment to a high quality circular economy. Polychrome prepared a fully documented drawing and specification package that was able to be tendered and adaptable for different methods of procurement.
