Polychrome are working with Yarra Ranges Council to keep their community Library asset in good health. We have undertaken a review of the existing building and provided recommendations for the replacement of aged services that will enable the Library service to continue with improved comfort for it's occupants and provide operational savings. We have looked at improvements and enhancements to the interior planning and functionality of the library to meet current models of use and enhance usability.
